The holiday villa Luz is located in Andalusia at the southern end of El Palmar in a well-tended garden with a heated saltwater pool and private access to the sea. It offers 115 m² of living space for 6 people. This holiday villa was completely renovated in 2011/2012 and tastefully decorated in light tones by an interior designer.
Equipped with air conditioning, heating and an open fireplace, it is ideal for a relaxing stay at any time of the year. This jewel owes its name to the special light of the Costa de la Luz and since light breaks particularly beautifully in precious stones and these are also said to have healing powers, we have named the bedrooms after a few particularly selected specimens - diamond, emerald and sapphire.

Indoor
The quiet beach location, fine materials, elegant furnishings and a stylish color concept contribute to the feel-good ambience of Villa Luz. The living area facing the sea is decorated in light harmonious colors. An open fireplace, a comfortable seating area, but also stylish accessories and modern paintings create a beautiful atmosphere. The modern flat screen TV can be discreetly hidden behind a curtain if you prefer to enjoy the view of the sea or the crackling log fire.
In the open, exquisite kitchen you have the opportunity to prepare the excellent regional products that can be bought at the market in Conil or in the various shops in El Palmar. Whether fish or meat - with the high-quality knives, pans and pots, cooking here is really fun if you don't want to eat in one of the many excellent restaurants. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has a large dining table with enough space for long meals.
The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room.
Relaxation is the cornerstone of a good night's sleep, so soft colors have been used in the bedrooms at Villa Luz.
Bedroom diamond
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (super king-size bed 2.00 x 2.00m), ample built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and exquisite décor. There is also an en suite bathroom with a spacious shower area, heated towel rail, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
Bedroom sapphire
A comfortable double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), a built-in wardrobe - the furnishings have been carefully thought out and are characterized by a reserved, refined and warm atmosphere.
Bedroom Emerald
The fine fabrics and accessories contribute to the cozy atmosphere of the room, which is furnished with two single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m (which can be put together to form a double bed) and a built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom: The bathroom ensuite to the Saphir and Emerald bedrooms is clad in sand-colored Italian Taranto marble and is fitted with a shower-bath, heated hand dryer, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
High-quality mattresses and fine bed linen meet the highest standards.
Outdoor Area
In the well-kept garden with large palm trees there is a 10 x 5 m large, heatablesaltwater pool - a highlight of the villa. The slightly salty water (7x less salt content than in the sea) does not irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes and makes bathing a real treat for the skin. Since only very little chlorine has to be added to the water, but this is automatically disinfected and sterilized by means of an electrolysis cell, you will experience a trouble-free bathing experience.
The pool is surrounded by an inviting sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrellas and a separate barbecue area. The large covered terrace with its comfortable lounge furniture is the extended living room and offers a wonderful view of the pool, the garden and the sea. From the exclusive roof terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic. When the weather is clear, the coastline of Africa can be seen on the horizon.
Vincinity
El Palmar is part of Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia.
Through the garden you have direct access to the beach of El Palmar - one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the entire Costa de la Luz. It is more than 6 kilometers long, an average of 60 meters wide and invites you to sunbathe and water sports with its white sand and the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic. Especially because of its excellent breaking waves, it is considered the best "beach break" in Andalusia - a paradise for surfers and surfers.
There are numerous bars and excellent restaurants in the vicinity, where you can expect the local sherry, excellent wines and excellent cuisine at reasonable prices.
In addition to tasty meat dishes and tapas, the freshly caught fish and crustaceans are particularly recommended.
For daily needs there are also several small shops and a pharmacy nearby. For larger purchases, we recommend a trip to the fishing town of Conil, which is only 5 km away and is often referred to as "the white city by the sea".
