Sleek architectural details combine with beautiful wood columns, an old Spanish door, and Moorish tiles and lights. As you enter the house, the marble floored hallway looks to an internal courtyard with olive trees, a round dining table with bench seats, a built-in barbecue and a fountain.
The accommodation is on one level with an open-plan living area looking onto the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchen is compact, fitted out with a hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, state of the art electric kettle, and everything from a microwave oven to a choice of coffee makers. The knives are good quality and any keen cook will not want for equipment. There is a washing machine and drier in the garage.
The dining area leads off the kitchen to the sitting area around the fireplace, looking to the garden and the sea. The entertainment systems include a TV, MP3 player, DVD player and WiFi internet connection.
Each bedroom in the villa has a theme. The master bedroom is decorated in tones of olive for Andalucia. There is a king sized bed looking out across the garden to the Atlantic. The dressing area leads to the bathroom en suite. The walls are tiled in pale earth tones, a theme running through each bathroom in the villa, contrasting in texture and tone with shiny chrome quality fittings. There is a bath, separate shower with power head, basin and WC.
Another bedroom is in shades of sand and sea with Moroccan décor. There are twin beds, carved Moorish wardrobe doors and bedhead, and these accents continue in the shower room adjoining which has a basin and WC.
The third bedroom is in the regal colours of Sevilla - crimson and gold fit for a king.
Once again the shower room en suite is decorated to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
For guests there is a cloakroom with a charming scallop shell hand basin and WC - in this house, no detail is too much.
